The Queen’s Tour and Tea

Guests receive the royal treatment during “The Queen’s Tour and Tea,” on Wednesday, May 9 at Historic Jamestowne. Senior archaeological curator Bly Straube gives guests the same tour that she gave to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II during Her Majesty’s visit to Virginia in 2007. During “The Queen’s Tour,” guests get a look at the archaeological displays at the museum and hear the unique stories behind some of the artifacts. Straube has been with the Jamestown Rediscovery project from its beginning in 1994 Before the tour begins, guests enjoy creations by Carrot Tree Kitchens with Harney & Sons teas at the Dale House Café.
