The best way to celebrate the birth of our great nation is fireworks and food of course! While some of you may be enjoying hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill, a local favorite is seafood on the 4th of July. Since Williamsburg is perched perfectly between the James River and the York River, there is plentiful access to freshly fished crabs and other seafood delights. Gather with the family and whip up one of these hometown crab-inspired dishes before you head out to watch the fireworks this weekend!
